Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Our minimum order for fuel deliveries is approximately 500L due to the quick rate our trucks pump out fuel.

What is the process for ordering fuel?

The process of setting up an account with Fuel Direct:

Delivery Requirements: Our team gains a better understanding about things such as your tank size(s), delivery location, truck access, opening and closing times, delivery frequency, site inspection
Approving the Transaction: Once the above has been clarified, you set up an account with us by downloading an account application here to choose your payment method, provide details and return the application for approval
Placing Your Order: After approval, you can place your order with our team by calling our office, speaking to one of our schedulers or ordering your fuel online.
The Next Steps: After the first delivery, our operations team can monitor your fuel levels or you can continue to place your order whenever fuel is required.

Do you fill directly into cars/trucks/machinery?

No, with the configuration and pumping equipment of our trucks, we do not fill directly into cars/trucks/machinery.

Where do you source your fuel?

Our fuel is sourced from Sydney and Newcastle's primary terminals. Operated by the major oil suppliers, these terminals regularly test their product so we, and you, can rest assured each fuel delivery is of the highest quality.

What sizes are your trucks?

Our fleet consists of 1 x B-Double, 1 x Semi-Trailer, 4 x 8 wheeler rigid trucks.

What is the price of fuel?

Wholesale fuel pricing changes daily and involves a number of factors when pricing any delivery including: location, load size, pick up point, truck costs, driver hours etc, therefore every price is customised. After many years of delivering high quality lubricant products to the Great Sydney Region, Oil Direct has officially been taken over by Statewide Oil.
